End User License Agreement

Effective: April 16, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and NorseHorse ("Licensor") for the use of Hate City ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

1. License Grant

NorseHorse grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
• Use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App
• Circumvent or disable any security or content moderation features

3. User-Generated Content

The App allows you to post content including text, images, and other materials. You retain ownership of content you create. By posting, you grant NorseHorse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App. You are solely responsible for your content and its compliance with applicable law.

4. Subscriptions

The App offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("Rage Pass"). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

5. Third-Party Terms

The App may use third-party services. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's standard EULA terms as specified in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NORSEHORSE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL NORSEHORSE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. NORSEHORSE'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States.

10. Apple-Specific Terms

This EULA is between you and NorseHorse only, not Apple. NorseHorse, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services. In the event of any failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and use of the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
