DMCA Takedown Policy

Effective: April 16, 2026

NorseHorse respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of Hate City to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on Hate City infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent containing the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on the platform (URL or description sufficient to locate it)
  4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email address)
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Repeat Infringers

Hate City will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
